(aura) Essentially, we are clearing the energy centers (chakras) and it is like wiping clean the lenses of perception because when we are clogged, we remain in the physical and mental.  By clearing our LEF we can learn to access the higher levels of perception that allow us to live a fearless life that is in flow rather than resistance.

What is the Luminous Energy Field?
The Luminous Energy Field (LEF) is the blueprint for our lives, containing the chronicles of our pain and suffering as well as the pathways to our healing.  This bubble of light extends the width of our outstretched arms and down 12 inches into the Earth.  Streams of energy circulate through the LEF as it contains acupuncture meridians and chakra energy.  The LEF looks like a big oval doughnut, a torus in geometry.
